RETURN POLICY

Return of Goods

Any product returned to Aimpoint must first have a Return Merchandise Authorization issued by Aimpoint or the shipment will be refused. Contact Aimpoint Customer Service to obtain an RMA and shipping instructions prior to returning any merchandise. Return Authorization will be granted in accordance with the following: 

(1) Products ordered by an Authorized Dealer in error may be returned to Aimpoint if a request is made within seven (7) days of receipt of order.

(2) All returned products must be in new, unused condition, packed in the original packaging.

(3) Return freight must be prepaid.

(4) A 20% restocking charge will be deducted from the credit issued. Additional charges may be applied for any damaged product or packaging.

(5) Products shipped in error by Aimpoint may be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt of order. A credit will be issued for the full value of product including all shipping charges.

 


Consumer Warranty

Aimpoint Inc. warrants that all of it products are covered for 10 years from the date of purchase of the original purchaser, except for professional users (including  Law Enforcement officers, military users and competition shooters) where the warranty is limited to 2 years from the date of purchase. Aimpoint, Inc. will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any of its products that are returned to an Aimpoint Dealer. The warranty is valid as long as the products have not been misused, disassembled or tampered with in any way and if the cause for the claim is related to poor material or workmanship. Returned product must be accompanied by proof of purchase such as dated receipt.
